07/21 Drawing and Painting from the Figure / Paula Little
July 21 & 22 ■ $150
All levels of experience are welcome in this class. We will be joyfully drawing with charcoal from a costumed model in the mornings, and painting the model with acrylic or watercolor in the afternoons. You will learn perspective, drawing techniques, as well as expressive painting techniques through spatial observations.
Paula Little studied at Choinard Art School and Art Center in LA, Minneapolis Institute of the Arts, and received a BFA from CSUN in CA. She has taken many workshops, received an award from American Impressionist Society and has exhibited in many shows including a one woman show at CC Gallagher’s, Catalina, CA. Her work is published in the book “Plein-Air Painters of New Mexico.” Her work can be seen at the Marketplace Gallery in Trinidad, CO and at CC.
